Sirius Lifetime and Kindle

Hi Guys,
It has been a long time. See some familiar names. I am long time lifetime maybe 2005 never switched a radio that sits in the basement. I can still log in and listen for free online but downloaded the app on kindle and they want me to pay??? Anybody go through this?

This is because of the stupid game that they play.

The lifetime online access is 32Kbps (max) and limited to your PC.

If you want to listen on any other device, even at 32Kbps (max), then you're out of luck unless you pay. If you pay then you'll get 128Kbps (max) streaming of all of their channels.

Yes, it's a dumb thing. Figure that it's the, "I just learned not to trust SiriusXM with anything," lesson.

Good to see ya Bigrock. That seems like you covered it Brad.
I think SXM has seen that internet subs are going to be a much bigger revenue source than they would have anticipated when they started, so they are looking for loopholes to get people to sign up.
