Sirius internet player not connecting

Well, mine started working again this morning. I had to reboot my computer and was able to reconnect successfully as well.

This afternoon I did get some bullshit, semi-canned response from Sirius about the "servers needing to be rebooted." Bullshit, they would've figured this out days ago if that were the case. Here is the response I got:

logging in on the SIRIUS Player. Occasionally, we do experience issues
with the SIRIUS Player and assure you, when this occurs, our technicians
work diligently to resolve them as soon as possible. We regret any
inconvenience this may have caused. Please note, we have found the
server causing the issue with the On-line listening and rebooted it.
The issue should be resolved. We have also reset and refreshed your
username and password, in our system to facilitate your log in.

We trust you'll be enjoying your online listening soon.
