i've never known anyone who couldn't tell the difference between a dream and real life. maybe for like 5 seconds when you first wake up you think it could be real but that quickly goes away. it's nuts that he thinks his dreams really happen.

also, fred played the original doctor who theme during this segment so that was cool!

I once had a dream in a dream. I woke up from the second level dream and thought that I was in reality...until I woke from that dream. I wonder if anyone was trying to plant an idea in my mind? #Inception
