...Is great.

My headphones broke. Sound wouldn't come out of the Right Ear Bud anymore so I called Sennheiser and they sent me to their website to print out a warranty claim and to mail them in.

Naturally, I didn't have my receipt but they said it wouldn't be a problem (i bought them from CC about 1.5 years ago) so I filled out the paperwork and included a letter stating that they no longer work. I put all of this in the mail on April 11th. I just checked my email and they have already received and shipped out a brand new pair that I will get tomorrow. they included the tracking info for UPS and everything. So, in three business days they received, processed and shipped out a new pair on warranty claim for me.

We all deal with so much lousy Customer Service (sirius, we're looking at you) in our daily lives so I actually thought it would be cool to post a how a GOOD company handles customer service.

So, if any of you are in the headphone buying mode, I would highly recommend Sennheiser for the sound but also for how well they stand behind the product.

I agree. I got some over the ear style phones and they are real good.
