I have been using Rhapsody with my Stilleto2 for awhile now. I don't remember when it started but the licenses of the downloaded tracks keep expiring and I can't figure out how to renew them on the expansion card.

Here is what I tried in the Rhapsody application:

- My Account pulldown - Update Track Licenses
- Right Click on Stilleto 2 - Expansion Card and click on License
- Deauthorize and re-Authorize the device
- Made sure my bill was paid and I had Rhapsody To Go

What I keep seeing is that the Rhapsody application keeps referring to the Internal Memory in the steps above and not the Expansion Card.

However, it recognizes the expansion card and I am able to download songs to it and listen to them until the licenses expire.

I was going to contact Rhapsody Support but expect them to tell me that they do not support this device.

Thank you in advance for any additional ideas.

Just tried Rhapsody support

I just spent an hour on chat with Roy from Rhapsody support. The new things he had me try was to delete the mcs.rma file and use the Device Compatibility Report and update licenses from there. Nothing. Sheesh.

Maybe I should start all over with the S2? What a pain to reload all the music again. Maybe I will just get a Zen for music. Ugh.
