My account currently has two receivers being paid month-to-month. If I add a lifetime subscription to my secondary ($8.99) receiver, will the primary receiver remain as primary at $12.95, or will it automatically become the secondary receiver and be billed at $8.99?

If you have a lifetime subscription, it counts as a subscription. Your secondary receiver would be billed at the $8.99/month rate. It should happen automatically, but make sure you let the rep know what you expect to happen when you upgrade to the lifetime.

Make sure you let them know you want them to make your lifetime subscriptions as your primary subscription. When I bought my 1st lifetime sub, it was on a 2nd radio. It wasn't until I had maxed out on radios did I figure out that I was still paying $12.95/mo on a radio :right:

They had to deactivate all my other radios to make my lifetime sub my primary, then all my other radios were $8.99/mo :)
