Truex would do a better job in that 55 then Waltrip. I think he'd be a good fit with NAPA, too...:)

I agree with you both, but I just hate to see him go to toyota and waltrip. I was really hoping to see Tony start a third team for him. The Bass Pro sponsorship is already there with Truex, and I believe they will be at SHR by next year with someone anyway. It just as well be Truex, IMO.

I think Rick H pulls most of the strings over at Stewart/Haas. Would be interesting to see if they can bring over the Bass Pro Shop sponsorship...:)

I dont really think so, but you never know. Tony and Bass Pro have been in bed together for years. Just seems like a natural move after the way EGR has went to crap. I dont see them being around too many more years. And that is very sad to see.

Canada, eh?
One possibility is Aaron's returns to the MWR Nationwide #99 next season, NAPA goes to the #00 with Reutimann and Bass Pro goes on the #55 with Truex

Truex to MWR in 2010

I don't see that happening. I'd rather go to Stewart/Hass if it were me.

It would tickle me silly to see him replace Hamlin though. ;) (hey I can dream can't I?)
