I just had a good XM Customer Service Experience :shock:

I forgot to call to cancel a 2nd radio subscription that gets bill every 3 months.

Called up and had no problems canceling. They said they would prorate from the 4th on until now and refund my checking account :)

Hats off to XM Customer Service :hatsoff:

When I signed up initially for XM, back in August, it was good, too.

Glad you had a good experience.

The last time I called them I was trying to pay for 5 radios, all on yearly plans. Took me an hour and 10 minutes on the phone. :(
