I Cannot Upload Any File To Any Thread

Started recently. I can make the 'bad file' and avatar. Previously good files also have same error. It appears some others do not have this issue.

Windows 10.
Firefox.

I had the same issue earlier today on my Macbook with Safari.

I couldn't upload a png, but that might have been related to the site it was coming from. It started asking for a password.

Still no new server errors listed.
I regularly ban users that try to register from Russia, Asia, and the middle-east.
I banned one earlier today.
The only reason that they would be trying to register is because they are up to no good.
