I just pre-ordered my Black Note 4 yesterday on Sprint at Best Buy, using their Note 4 trade in promo. The Promo states: Trade in any working smartphone and they'll give you $200.00 BB Gift Card to use towards purchase of a new Note 4. The fine print says no water damage, no cracked screens, and the device you are trading must be able to power up. You have to pre-order in store by 10/16 and buy a $50 BB Gift Card in Store to hold your reservation. They will take your trade in and price matches on the day you pick up your new Note 4. I can't believe they are going to give me $200.00 on trade-in for my HTC Evo 3D. My wife has an even older Evo 4G (2011) and was eligible for upgrade from her GS3. She is also getting a Note 4 in Frost White on launch day (10/17). Best Buy is giving her $200.00 credit for her worthless Evo 4G. We are going to keep our current phones as backups (GS3 and Note 2). From what I understand, even phones as old as the palm pre are eligible for $200 on trade in! Final Cost for each new Sprint Note 4 on a 2 year contract after trade in and Amazon Wireless $299.99 2 year contract price match? $99.99 plus tax per phone. Its a no-brainer for me to upgrade. I really wanted to switch carriers this time around, and was looking to switch to T-Mo's $30/mo Walmart Plan... until T-Mo didn't work in my house at all. I test drove an iPhone 5s for 7 days and their coverage and the iPhone was terrible. I looked into AT&T and it would have ended up costing me more money. Verizon... well... forget them.. LOL. Anyone else taking advantage of this crazy promotion?
