After my 2 week long bender where I pretty much pounded a bunch of beer all day I got all the way back up to just over 240. As of yesterday it's been a month of being sober so that's good I guess but the real good thing is that I've been consistently riding my bike and walking/jogging again. I've done at least 10 miles a day on the bike for the past week.
As of today I'm down to 231.8. Not great but heading in the right direction at least.
