Double billing

XM has been double billing me for 7 months. They say they only bill me once a month. I have faxed them 8 times with copies of my bank statement clearly showing 2 billings per month yet they just ignore me. I have not once been called or emailed about this issue and I have been sending this stuff to them for 2 months.
Anyone know how I can make contact with someone who speaks English at XM??

If you get nowhere with the merchant, your best bet is to report your credit card lost and dispute the charges made within the last 60 days with the credit card company. If they are unauthorized charges, maybe your credit card company can help you out.

Thanks for the number. They finally contacted me and of course are blaming me for the problem. Hopefully when I call I get an English speaking person. :mad:
