It was a nickelback song which is clearly 2000s and pulse usic, but I'm unsure why two announcements about Sirius Disorder we're thrown in, which it also looks like two Disorder songs were in there, then the visible switch to 90s at 9.....

why would disorder take place on the station for two songs?

The "switch" happened on Sirius at about 2:30am eastern time.

Regarding the Disorder tunes stuck in the middle, this happened on a couple other channels as well. On ch 33, which was Disorder, at about 2:20 it switched to Backspin, then it switched to Led Zeppelin Radio by 3:00. On ch 12, which is the new home of The Pulse, they started broadcasting the Pulse at 2:20, then it switched back and forth between Led Zeppelin and the Pulse until 3:00. So I guess it was a minor glitch that got fixed pretty quickly. All the other channel changes seem to have happened right at 2:30, although channel 7 and channel 26 seemed to be using their "new" channel names prior to 2:30.

All in all, I think the switchover was relatively successful. The artist/title data on many of the XM channels wasn't working properly for a while, and when I went to lunch today XM channel 46 (Classic Vinyl) was just showing "Sirius XM Radio" on the display while playing songs by Zeppelin and The Eagles. dogstarradio is showing the same thing happened on the Sirius side. Oh, and I'm not sure if I was getting Escape on XM when the switchover happened, but I think I'm getting it now. Considering what was involved, it could have been a lot worse.
