Device Recovery - white square displayed

I had problems using the Sirius Zing device recovery on my SL2. I experienced a white square overlaying the 'dog'. The device recovery would not work, telling me I was not connected to the internet (which was simply not true).

By examining the log file created by Zing I found a web address and trying to address it directly I found that the security certificate was invalid and the browser was failing to load the site. By making the site (https://agrs.zing.net/) a 'trusted site' the device recovery app completed successfully.

So now I again have a working SL2. This post is meant to help anyone trying to use the device recovery and finding that it fails with internet connection.
