It's that time of year again people.
Same rules as always.

The celebrity in question must be deceased.
They must have been a celebrity prior to their death.
If there is a question that they are a celebrity, their status must get a second vote by another DRC member.

Gerry & the Pacemakers' final single, Remember The Days Of Rock & Roll, was released in April 1974 and should have been a hit. It was written by Chris Arnold, David Martin and Geoff Morrow, who also wrote Barry Manilow's Can't Smile Without You and Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds' Annabella. The song is on YouTube, posted by a man who calls Gerry "Gary." Oy vey!

I will second that one because I like Blanchard & Morgan's Just One More Song, Somewhere In Virginia In The Rain and their remake of the Fortunes' You've Got Your Troubles – but I think Tennessee Bird Walk, Humphrey The Camel and The Legendary Chicken Fairy are three of the most stupid songs ever recorded.
