Good show so far today. Missed the first half hour while I was working on a project, but I have been listening ever since.

The newlywed game always brings out the best in the boys, but the Brent being a racist accusations are wild.

I think the N word was said 20 times in the last segment, and they can't even say it on Shade 45 anymore.

Shade 45 can't say it anymore? Do they bleep it out of songs too???

Shade 45 can play songs with the N word, but the personalities are not supposed to say it anymore. I think Rude Jude once said that he was "pissed off" that he can't really speak his mind like he used to because he can't say the N word anymore.

The Brent Deal is a total work. I dont beleive he is a racist for a single moment.

The newlywed game has been radio plutonium so far. Great idea, Great segment.

I'm sure that's related to the same anti-racism stuff as to why Bubba and Howard have been toned down.

State of the Bubba coming "one of the last Fridays in December" which could also be a "farewell" show.

12/3, 12/10, 12/17.

Down to 14 chances for live shows, folks. In other words, if it was five shows a week, we'd be at the Tuesday after Thansgiving.

Today also marks the first time we've had two straight live shows since...MAY!

May 7 - Live
May 14 - Live
May 21 - Live -- Wonka Weekend Winners
May 28 - Tape
June 4 - Tape
June 11th - Live
June 18th - Tape
June 25th - Live
(One of the above dates was when he had to run out early. They played a porn clip to finish out the show. It may have had something to do with Tiz's school situation. The other time, maybe June 25th was when Bubba had to take a bathroom break at the end of the show.)
July 2 - Tape (Fourth of July/Summer break)
July 9 - Tape (Summer break)
July 16 - Live
July 23 - Tape
July 30 - Tape
August 6th - Live
August 13th - Tape (Bubbapalooza Calgary)
August 20 - Live
August 27th - Live

Guesses:
September 17th - Tape (Bubba mentioned something about taking the 16th and 17th off.)
November 26th - Tape (Thanksgiving)
December 3rd - Possible State of the Bubba OR next date
December 10th - Possible State of the Bubba OR next date
December 17th - Possible farewell show and possible State of the Bubba but could also be "Toys for Tatas" on the testicle gig, which would most likely mean replay willy for Sirius.
December 24th - Holiday break
December 31st - Holiday break

(Obviously, there will be one SoTB in December, according to Bubba, but he didn't say when.)

From SFN:
He said on today's show that his and Howard's were in serious talks. He even had to dump out of something said by the crew about the talks.

I would guess the 10th. If you will recall last year, they didn't do a Sirius show on the last Friday they worked. He'll be doing the "Toys for Ta-ta's" on the terrestrial show.

Good point. Down to 13 show, then. :(

And a little Voodoo Child/99 problems to end the show.

Because Sirius XM doesn't in any way think "hey, lets put that show on."
The n word has been edited out of Ned bits for the last couple months.

What's next, retard? The media has taken to call it the R-word.
That's for FM. It's still been on Sirius XM, especially for the Celebrity Racist Rehab.

Only when he's singing Straight Outta Compton. :jj:

One thing I have noticed is that Ned doesn't do the "and if you don't know, now you know, nigga" line from their opening song on Fridays. He was doing it for a while.

Do they know why Shade 45 can't say "nigger" anymore?

I've been saying this over and over and over. Something happened after the merger because that's around the same time that Howard started scolding Artie for saying nigger.

It's ridiculous. They can't say "nigger" or "faggot" anymore.

Being employees of Sirius, and representing the company on Sirius' airtime, I can see why they wouldn't want their on-air talent to use language that people might consider to be hate speech. There's "freedom of speech" and then there's crossing the line.

Does 25 Cent still say the n-word? If it's a black dude saying the n-word, things might be different, but that's a whole other thread.

I'll be concerned once they start censoring out the f-word, s-word, etc.

On today's Sirius show, they used the word "fagged" several times as in "so-and-so fagged out."
