I'm going with something new that's caught my fancy lately. The Metropol Parasol in Seville, Spain.

Building 20 at MIT:
It was a temporary wooden building that lasted for 55 years, housing the Rad Lab, Noam Chomsky, Tech Model Railroad Club, and a bunch of other interesting stuff. It was never the nicest place, so people felt free to modify it when they needed to. Architecturally, it was probably more successful than any other research building.

Baker House, Kresge Auditorium, and the Chapel are all pretty damned good buildings.
The Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago...
I saw that one on the Navy Pier Architectural Boat Tour last summer.
But they still exist .
It's a surprisingly good tour. :captain: And Trump FINALLY built a good looking building.
Haven't been to my home city in a while. I wonder if Donald's shiny new toy has tours like the Willis building. Speaking of the old Sears tower, the fiberglass floored addition went in on the 107th level a few years ago and must be a cool experience.
I don't know about tours, and didn't see anything about an observation deck, but there is a restaurant at the first terrace level that has a killer view of the city and river.
The Sears Tower (it'll always be that to me) glass floor platforms are pretty cool. If you can get there early in the morning before the crowds, it's much better, and worth doing.
