You are right, but the list usually gets updated the within the first few days of each month.

EDIT: The December death list is now up to date, including "Mel McDaniel" who passed away in March and Booie "NOT Baba Booey" the smoking chimpanzee.

I was going to go with Clarence Clemons but when I saw that Aaron had already chosen him, I decided to pay tribute to character actor extraordinaire Charles Napier a.k.a. "Tucker McElroy, lead singer, driver of the Winnebago."
