You need to add Harry Morgan (Col. Potter) to the December list.
You are right, but the list usually gets updated the within the first few days of each month.

EDIT: The December death list is now up to date, including "Mel McDaniel" who passed away in March and Booie "NOT Baba Booey" the smoking chimpanzee.
