Was tempted to go with Louisiana favorites like the Muffuletta or the Po'boy ... but instead I'll feature my favorite sandwich as of late ... the Banh Mi

ok a bit of a stretch for me this week cause a hoagie IS NOT a sandwich but ill go with the all time best hoagie place/kwik e mart, wawa.

also, kinda surprisingly, i enjoy the publix hoagies almost as much. they too know what they're doing.

About a year ago I was picking up a load in Kansas City, MO. While I was waiting to get loaded, I found this place called Pigwich.

I ordered the chorizo sandwich with chips. The sandwich was good, but the chips were awesome. They were handmade potato chips. Very good.

I hope I can get there again, one of these days
