Another Sirius article.. rehashing same old story

The article dosen't say more than most of us have heard but the 47 pages of comments are priceless. I hope someone at Sirius XM reads them.

A lot of the comments come from mainstream subscribers (or ex), not dedicated fans or vehement haters.

You see the same complaints over and over. Truck drivers, sales people, average Joes who bought a car with sat radio try and tell SiriusXM why they've cancelled.

Five I noticed:

1) Customer service -- rude, uninformed, and confusing
2) Multiple subscription costs -- people want to leave their car with a sat chip and put in in their home unit rather than have 2 or 3 subscriptions for the same service.
3) spotty reception
4) content changes --- Bubba, Breur, music changes, etc.
5) fear of sat radio going under
