I see the 403 issue and it has something to do with the inline moderator module... Not something I can improve on tonight but will look into it.

Hosting company was dealing with a power outage. Glad to see the site is back up again.

The server had some issues this morning. The server company was working on getting is taken care of.
We may need to do a little clean-up on our end if the database doesn't take care of itself.

Like others said, A2Hosting had a power outage in the Data Center they host out of. It took us down for a good part of the day.
