3 days off, enjoying an ice cold Beck's and playing around with the last.fm feature on Xbox 360. Good stuff. Loving "The Beatles Radio" station.

Music lovers shoudl enjoy the new feature when it's released to the public, later on in November.

3.10 on a thursday. I'm on vacation tomorrow.

Trick or Treat is tonight and I am dreading it. Not because I mind trick or treating but I do hate being dragged by my wife to her endless family members to say hello and then escorting the kids around and then having ot hang out with her family, all 27 of them until 10 oclock tonight.

So, I'm in my home office right now, on my second Gin and Whatever--the first went in OJ which was horrible and now I'm just mixing it with iced tea. That urge to just get completely trashed just hit me and now I just want to smoke cigarettes, something I quit back in may, and just drink till I can't walk.

I have demons my friend. Demons that I can hold at bay and fight and bury for only so long. Sometimes they come out and I fear tonight is one of those nights.

Help. I'm on a road I don't want to go down.

Wow...sounds to me like you're just making excuses in your mind so that it's okay to do what you want. Man up, grow a set, and just don't do it. I have no sympathy for smokers...that shit is EASY to quit.
