I've seen some 3 dimensional metal ones in the shape of a badge that people bolt to their license plates that are the same as the sticker type, it just means that they "donated" at a higher level around here.

I'll ask my neighbor(a cop) what they think about them.

I'm thinking it may be different from state to state. I'm in NJ.

Does it look like this? That's for FOP (regular) members...

Or does it resemble this? This one is for associate members (what I have in my car as a dispatcher)

Nope. Not at all. I have to get a better look...

One day I'll try to get a photo of it, but the issue is he parks where he can see the car, and he's WEIRD... a lot of the time he stands at the window, blowing cigarette smoke out (watching the car, I believe).

My gut feeling is that he watches the car because he's so hated (only due to his horrible behavior) that he thinks people might damage it.

Scary dude. NOT all there. He looks like he's about 48-50 years old.

LOL! NO! Not AT ALL. It's that he's extremely weird. I don't want to give specific details.

I'm just trying to cover our butts... he's a wacko.

Kind of a silver and blue thing in the back window or on the rear bumper. Some state trooper associations do the same thing. Twenty bucks a year beats the price of a speeding ticket or related infraction.
