I love the fact that somone at fox news thought this was an appropriate comment to put on the ticker at the bottom of the screen.

Looks fake... Besides, doesn't Fox News use a different font AND color for their ticker? It looks like someone just chopped off the bottom and put their own scrolling message at the bottom.
