There's a high barrier to entry for flights to Uranus. There's the FAA and OSHA (there are strict rules about worker safety on Uranus), not to mention the uncertainties surrounding Uranus, including the exact composition of the gases in its atmosphere and whether or not it has a rocky core. There are also obstacles between here and Uranus, including assteroids.
