I hate being the voice of reason and throwing cold water on this great idea ... oh wait ... no ... no ... I love that. Love love love it. So I'm going to say the one word that makes it all impossible:

Insurance.

There's no way they can pay the insurance on a scheme like this. Too much risk for injury and the subsequent lawsuits.

But other than that, it sounds great.

Hectic sort of makes an interesting point, whether he realized it or not.

If paintball fields can get insured, this place may not be too far of a stretch.

I mean, it's more or less the same premise but without the paintball guns, no?

Paintball has armor and rules, and the fields generally aren't full of decaying buildings. Zombie attacks have panicky civilians clubbing actors with lumber.

Most of the buildings, or at least a majority of them, must be structurally sound for this to be viable.
