I had a cold/sinus issue about 3 weeks ago. On the way home from work, I picked up half a gallon of orange juice. I drank it off and on until I went to bed. The next morning, I felt a lot better. The morning after that, I felt almost 100% better.

I definitely have a sinus infection and a scratchy/ sore throat. I'm sure driving from Phoenix to Cincy in 2 days didn't help. I'm home now. I feel a bit better, hopefully a restfull weekend will help until I leave for Minnesota on Sunday.
