Wink I just had a good XM Customer Service Experience

I just had a good XM Customer Service Experience

I forgot to call to cancel a 2nd radio subscription that gets bill every 3 months.

Called up and had no problems canceling. They said they would prorate from the 4th on until now and refund my checking account

Hats off to XM Customer Service

I've always liked Sirius customer service. XM, not so much. Maybe they're combining THAT now after the merger.

The last time I called them I was trying to pay for 5 radios, all on yearly plans. Took me an hour and 10 minutes on the phone.
