The sound was good (except for the P's but a good windscreen will take care of that) I liked the music in the background as well. For the first podcast all the hosts sounded relaxed and comfortable which is a good thing.
But (and don't take this the wrong way) the entire thing sounded like an ad for TSS Radio, and that could be a turn off for some. You can tweek it a little and still get the plugs in there without making the entire show seem like an ad, it just takes some work.
Doing a weekly Podcast is hard work, trust me as I do one (plus I have to write 3 articles for a national magazine, run a few websites, host a national call in radio show once a month plus work my day job) so I know how tough doing a weekly show can be.
I would suggest going bi weekly or monthly so that you don't burn out with nothing to talk about as we have seen the Satellite Radio industry has a lot o f time where nothing is going on and people are just happy listening to their radios.
Best,
