Thumbs down Price Changes

I work for Sirius Radio And I have some bad news for our customers, I am in the activations department we just did some new training on what is to come

Starting On march 1st the multi receiver radio is no longer going to be 6.99 the new price is 8.99 so we are only saving 30%.
Also there is no longer going to be any free online listening. the only ppl that will get it for free are the lifetime subscribers. Everyone else has to pay 2.99 unless they have mostly music or the family pack then it is 8.99 everyone will be getting emails starting Jan 26th ffor the sale that will be going on. You can purchase a 3 yr plan to lock in the multi receiver rate with the 6.99 price.

This SUCKS

It sucks out loud. I can't imagine bringing my second sub back now. Maybe if the programming improved, but the playlists have never been smaller! That being said, I'm putting this in the rumour file.

What happened to a "price freeze", as required by the FCC?

What about listening via WiFi for us Stiletto 2 users?

I think it sucks that the prices are going up, but the economy sucks. I guess they have to do what they have to to survive.

Wow... a loophole so big you can drive a bus through it. No surprise from our government.

If true, I'd be pretty upset. I just cancelled my Premium internet listening since I would still have free online anyway when I needed it.

Well Mel bullshitied us again , and from now on Slacker will be my exclusive online radio provider. This is why Sirius XM could be bankrupt this year.
