Default Question for new SiriusXM Subscribers

This question is JUST for those who are brand new to Sirius XM within the past 6 months. Well hopefully some of the new subscribers end up here and can engage in the conversation.

What brought you to Sirius XM? Was it a show or channel in particular? Or was it because you got a car with the service and kept it subscribed after the free trial?

This forums doesn't have much traffic let alone new people. So it may take some time for people to pop in and see this.

Sirius (and XM back then) definitely doesn't have the hype it once did. Millions of more listeners, but it's no longer the day-to-day watching what's happening. Now I just start my truck and Sirius turns on. I don't really give it any more thought than I did terrestrial back when I listened to am/fm. Except when the bill comes of course.

I agree. The streaming services and mobile is the thing, but it's very automatic. There's no danger of Apple going away like there was for Sirius for the first few years.

I remember the hype over 100,000 subscribers in 2003!
