Default What Sirius channel could you workout too?

I'm looking for a channel that I can put my stiletto on and let the radio replay take over. I want to find something that is upbeat enough and will definitely keep me going.

In testing a few, I've found that Alt. Nation is the best so far. Any suggestions would be great.

I *love* songs from Octane, The Beat and Boombox on my SL100 and listen to them for my workouts.

The gym where I work out typically plays Classic Rewind. I run to Underground Garage.

I tried working out to Bubba the Love Sponge. As much as I like the show, it does nothing to help my workout. I tried some other stations, but none worked for me. It's kinda deflating when you are running and feel like you are going to die and you get a song that you don't like.

So I use my mp3 player. It's preloaded with all of my favorite workout songs.
