I was in a hurry and left my stilleto at home and was stuck with fm. It was brutal with all the commercials. I could not imagine life without it. The same as not having DVR on the TV. Sirius is a must have now!

Having had Sirius for 3 years now, and only having 2 relatively minor complaints (the punk channel disappearing and Bubba's contract woes), I honestly couldn't be happier with the service . I haven't had any major equipment woes either. There is always something on that I want to hear, they gave me the chance to hear Bubba, and Howard for the first time ever for a person living in Alabama. For whatever complaints there may be the service is still worth more than the 13 dollars a month.

You know why I love SiriusXM radio?

because terrestrial radio sucks!!!!

siriusxm plays everything I cannot hear unless I get on itunes or limewire and download for hours and hours, legally or illegally.

Basically they offer me my own playlist as well as all the NFL I can handle

SiriusXM rocks my socks

That is a fact and sat radio turned me on to genres of music that I never really even heard prior. One is New Age the old original Soundscapes on Sirius and of course Audiovisions on XM. I've been a New Age Music man ever since. I was never much into HipHop and now I really like HipHop. I could go on, but you all get the point.

I just wish many of the early decisions had been different and I think sat radio would be pretty solid today. Even today though programs like Doctor Radio, which if you have not listened check it out. This is a great channel, I learn more shit on that channel.

I agree that some of the earlier decisions like hiring Martha Stewart and these Single Artist Channels should have been different , but since I got Sirius for Sports I couldn'tve been more happier with the service because I can listen to the games if I cant stand the announcers or in the Car if I am running a errand.

Also the Idea of hearing stuff I have never heard before like on Deep Tracks I have heard some very interesting stuff that I have been digging.

The Bottom line is Satellite Radio has expanded my horizons so much that I would never give it up even though I have had some criticism over Sirius XM's management.

I didn't know how much I missed having Sirius until I recently got a rental car when my Infiniti was being repaired. Now I know that I will never revisit terrestrial radio ever again.

I couldn't believe how awful it was!

I confess - I happen to really like The Underground Garage (25) and the thrash metal channel (27). What I miss is The Punk Channel on 29. I hope they bring it back.

Satellite radio is a part of my life. I go nowhere without my Sirius XM. I find Sirius XM so entertaining that I give radios and subscriptions to friends, clients and co-workers.

I walked into my employer's huge fluids laboratory a couple weeks ago (I just relocated offices) and saw the 6 chemists working away listening to a local FM station on an old radio with tin foil wrapped around the antenna. I thought to myself these are smart / educated people and what the hell are they doing listening to a radio with tin foil on the antenna? The next day I surprised them with a spare Audiovox PNP1 and boom box. Within the hour, I was their newest best friend. These people work hard developing new products that make my job easy and feed my family. The tin foiled radio has disappeared and I suspect Sirius XM will have a few new subscribers soon.

I have been called a Sirius Pimp and take pride in that moniker. Satellite radio is not only entertaining, educational, informative and adds to quality of life; it is just plain fun to have.
