You are looking at it completely wrong and one-sided. I understand what you mean about better content, but it's not like Sirius and XM are head and shoulders different. A lot of subscribers had to weight the pros/cons of picking one over the other. I would have loved to have XM because of baseball, but I took Sirius because of football and Howard.
Now, those that chose XM because of baseball (or for any other reason involved with the Best ofs) are being rewarded with the capability of adding the NFL and Howard. Those that chose Sirius, like many of us on here, are being rewarded with the capability of adding the "Mediocres of XM" with two sports that Sirius formerly had, an awful radio sport in golf, Oprah (which is as big of a draw as Martha...blah), and O&A (which have not so much to offer). Do you see what I'm saying? XM subscribers are RECEIVING what they possible gave up in choosing XM over Sirius, while Sirius subscribers are receiving junk compared to what XM has to offer.
