Rodney Lee Conover, what the hell happened?

Anyone have any guesses to what happened to Rodney Lee Conover of the Jay Thomas show? The last time he was seen was Tuesday night in Nashville. Apparently he was supposed to be on a flight to New York on Wendsday morning and didn't show. No calls, emails, or anything on Thursday as well. Then Friday was a rerun of the Jay Thomas show. Does anyone know what happened?

I think the rerun was because Jay's still shooting "The Santa Clause 3" (he's the Easter Bunny).

Apparently Rodney's done this several times before according to Jay. I believe he said if he doesn't hear from him in about 72 hours then they'll start to worry. Although they've already contacted the police, the morgue, some strip joints and a few bars.

I bet by Monday he'll be back in his hometown of Chicago sitting in his lawn chair in the front yard with a beer in one hand and a sandwich in the other...doing his thing on the mic.

Hmm, today's show is a replay. So the Radio Chick is gone, nobody knows where Rodney is, etc.

While I posted my thoughs on Jays absence in another differnet title here. My thoughts on Rodney are that he's been fine and working on the Jay Thomas homepage or something and they were doing that as a stunt or such saying he's "lost."

On the Jay note I'll add that, I'll be VERY disappointed if Jay is not on Sirius anymore. Especially if it was Sirius doing. Not sure what I can do, but I'll be upset if anyone cares

I will sure be dissapointed if Jay is gone. I wish they would let us know if people are going on vacation in advance. I'm pissed the Radio Chick is gone too.

Radio talk is a vicious game. People are there one day making great money, gone the next without a peep of why.
