Default Radio Station to get Sirius when traveling

Hi there,

I am going to be traveling out of state. Is there anyplace/website that gives a list of radio stations that you can set your radio to for Sirius for different states/areas?

Thanks!

I found that I had to change it from city to city. If there's a station on/near the freq it will get a lot of static. I just scanned the dial for a minute, found a blank area and switched my sirius to that freq.

That is what I have done as well as longas there is a bit of blank space on eaither side you are fine. I think when you are down in the 80's with your sirius you are safe in most areas.

There is a site that you can enter a certain city, and it will recommend what frequencies to use. I forget where I saw it but I'm sure someone around here has the link. I'll post it if I find it first.

If you remove your broadcast antenna, it will make your life easier.

If you travel much at all like I do, then you might want to invest in one of these...

It's a Wired FM Modulator and it plugs right into your unit. Just make sure that your radio and the unit are on the same frequency, and you'll never have to change the station setting again...

That's not always pratical. They may need to use the FM in the city they are traveling to.

Another option (not as good as that website) is to look on a state's highway map. They usually list all of the radio stations in the state.
