Seeks not working on Sportster 4

Not sure if this is the right place for this...

Since the recent update, my song/artist seeks no longer work. When I try to create a new seek it says "artist unavailiable" on some channels, and others the seek menu won't even come up.

Is anyone else having this problem? This is one of the features I like best about my radio and not having it really upsets me.

Happening to me on the Sportster 2 as well, I can't even add a song to the mem, I know the mem button is working because holding it down brings up my seek list but I can't add songs to it anymore WTF??

Yep, mine is working as well because I can hold it in and bring up my list of seeks. It must have something to do with the update.

It seems to be a problem on channels that were originally XM (Decades, Holly, The Country, etc). I'm getting the same issue on an older Starmate receiver. I still get my Seek alerts on legacy Sirius channels like Radio Margaritaville. Hopefully, they will update their end so the alerts will work again...
