Sirius Subscription Renewal How's it done?

My semi-annual (6 month) subscription has expired yesterday. I've been going around and around the Sirius account management site to renew it for another six months, but I can's seem to find where to do it. There's a choice to extend the subscription, but it only gives choices for longer durations (1 year and over) and do not have a semi annual 6 month choice indicated. My account home site also does not indicate any fees due so I can't direct a new payment properly. I'm really at a loss on how to renew my subscription in the Sirius site and I'm afraid that the sat signal will be cut off before I can figure this out. Can anyone please advise??

Call them instead, alot easier , an d then you get what you want for sure!

I've never had to call them. Once a year, like clockwork, they automatically hit my credit card for $142.50 or so. I always thought the trouble would be to cancel.

It should be automatically renewed using your credit card on file. That's the way it's always been for me.

Yep - same here.

Also, I purchased a new vehicle the other day and decided to stick with the factory XM that's installed in it (now have XM in one and Sirius in the other). When I called to cancel the sub for the Sirius tuner I had in the old vehicle I got right through to an associate and it was cancelled within 3 minutes. That's a big improvement from some of the horror stories I've heard. Haven't gotten the call backs wanting me to sign back up that people complain about either. Is this the start of a new marketing strategy/customer service initiative??

I finally called Sirius to see what I can do, Turns out that you were right, It did automatically renew for the next six months. Weird thing is, the renewal charge still hasn't shown up on the billing history window in my account home page. Anyway, the guy at the other end of the phone did confirm that I should be set for the next six months.
