Try searching and posting in the 4.6L forums at http://www.crownvic.net/. They have a lot of stuff over there. I have an older model Crown Vic and that site has always had what I was looking for (so far).

For a full wiring diagram of the entire car, I would try contacting Ford/Mercury directly. If you are just looking for the radio area, I am fairly sure they have all of that documented since so many people have replaced the factory stuff.
