NY Court Denies Entercom Motion For Payola Suit Dismissal  October 17, 2006
The New York State Supreme Court has denied Entercom's motion to dismiss Eliot Spitzer's payola lawsuit again the company. According to reports, Judge Ira Gammerman has denied the Entercom motion, which was filed in April and claimed that Spitzer's investigation was conducted improperly and that the Attorney General had not proven consumers were harmed by any deception from the radio company.
