If it breaks before I have another means to listen to Sirius through my phone (which is an iPhone now) I will simply get completely out of Sirius.

They do not have a CLUE how to keep customers. I also suspect that the general population that doesn't pay attention to emails and/or "geeky forums" will be finding out the hard way after their next billing cycle happens and they loose the ability to stream from there computer on some Saturday afternoon while cleaning the house. I'm sure they're hoping people will willy nilly just sign up for the internet streaming.

Isn't technology supposed to make things easier? Sirius has things a little backwards. They're playing the bean counter game... Not a good year to be doing that IMHO.

I've already dropped one subscription (last week) and just completely uninstalled my Sportster 4 from my Tundra... The other Sub is an integrated tuner in our FX and while the hardware will stay, that subscription is in jeopardy if I can't get it online at work... If it happens I will miss Sirius, but it'll be a few extra bux in my pocket and Pandora streaming via 3g into my Truck works pretty good.

I agree that the third party players are/were better than the supported Sirius and XM players, but you could always go and use that.

I was part of the Beta and my version no longer works. It keeps trying to log in, then never does.

This isn't the iphone application.

This is for the PC so you can stream SIRIUS throughout the whole house (Xbox 360 and other computers/devices).

Ugh.

As if I needed yet ANOTHER reason to quit listening to Sirius.

If it wasn't for my lifetime sub and investment in hardware, I would have dumped those jokers a long time ago.

Starplayr made listening online at least TOLERABLE, when I wanted to listen to Stern or whatever. Usually I just stream Slacker.

Thanks Sirius Punk Bitches for shutting down 3rd party innovaters who worked hard to make your service SUCK LESS.

I posted in the wrong place.
