Howard Stern is live this week on SiriusXM Howard 100 and the SiriusXM app!

On today's show, Howard talked about the death of OJ Simpson. Pearl Jam came on and did about 2:11 with Howard, playing some new songs and promoting their new album Dark Matter.

Of course Sal had to chime in about talking to the dead and all that.

Gary now has a new asshole to poop out of after his brief goof yesterday.

Howard at a nudist colony...yeah...

A new tradio call too. "National Fart Into A Seashell Day" and they didn't play the Mike Walker fart.

I'm not sure Gary is worthy of goofing on for this. It seems like the mistake really was made by someone else.

I love the guy who seems to know a little about everything when questioned always says 'I don't know'

Can't barely get through tuesday show at the moment. What with all the fake callers, callers who just blow him over the air, and pre-made songs etc.

Haven't gotten into pearl jam yet. That might spark things up for me.

Damn!

Emily Blunt on Monday and Jon Bon Jovi on Tuesday...there won't be any time for gay hijinks or fake callers or whatnot.

It's obvious that Howard has people feed him questions and possibly even during the interview...but he also has a good memory and I think he's admitted that people will tell him facts right before the guests come in and he'll use those during the interview.

As far as Pearl Jam, check out their "Live On Two Legs" material. It's a "Best of the 98 Tour" they put together, but it flows like a single show. They were supposed to release every 1998 show on CD in order to combat bootleggers who wanted $40+ per show, but... whatever was supposed to happen ...it didn't happen until the 2000 tour. It was their 2000 tour that got mass released and they had the most albums simultaneously chart until, surprise, Taylor Swift...if I have that fact right.

Their fans are definitely Deadhead-types. Because each show is (mostly) different, you'll find people where they've done a crazy amount of shows and they're trying to "chase" a "white whale" to "finish an album." I know someone who runs her own business and can work remote...she's trying to do every show this year. Of course, she's also involved in the pre-show fundraisers, so she's usually at most USA shows anyway.

Another great thing is that they took a page from Neil Young. They may have a studio song clocking in at 3:42, but it can be over 5-6 minutes with a solo or an extended ending. That story that Ed said where Mike can jam Even Flow for 5-6 minutes...check out the example below.

It's just so weird to go to see another band and they play their songs exactly like how they were done in the studio with the same stories between each song...of course, their tickets are typically much easier to get.

And anyone who can take a guitar (without celebrity value attached) worth more than some cars and play it behind their head gets mad respect.

Live on 4/26! Live on a Friday!

Hail To The Chief.

Isn't that the same picture of Howard from 2004, when he signed with Sirius? Can't they afford to take another picture?

Anyway, I just got done with the Biden interview. I give it a thumbs up. They stuck with the guy's childhood and his personal life, and spent very little time with politics. So I think it showed a more endearing side to him.

Just finished it. Heavy story. The Beau part was a real gut punch for me knowing I might be in that bed saying the same thing. If maga people don't hear that and come out of it with more compassion than they have now is more than sad.

His personal, and professional, live is definitely at like, a noine.

George W had compassion.

Can MAGA find any, after shitting on dead troops?

Howard had a good point about the debate. "I need you to find 12,000 votes."

Might say no one in the world has the mix of dark thoughts, lack of compassion and on and one. I need votes. Pretty easy case in my mind.

Ironically, my wife Jill was here in my hometown (Grand Rapids) for a women's conference.

It's funny how Howard has a game showcasing ejaculating men one day (featuring born-again Christian Wink Martindale announcing) and the president the other. If this were the '90s, the religious right would definitely be calling for Biden's head. To them, Biden—a practicing Catholic—is evil, but Trump—who doesn't even go to church and is currently on trial because of hush payments he made to an actress who stars in a type of movie they're vehemently against—is fine and dandy.

90s Howard would have asked Joe how big his dong is.

I hope Michael Rapaport calls in on Monday and lets that "lazy monkey shit-for-brains sta-sta stupid" have it.

Booey has been on a HELL of a run lately. The cost of plantains must have gone way up.
