They'll scrap the Republicans' individual mandate, which will wreck the whole law. It's a shame, too, because it's one of the best ideas that Mitt Romney and the Republicans have had on health care.

Assuming that happens, Congress will have to draft a new version of Romneycare.

I read an interesting article (although I forget who wrote it) that basically said if they want constitutional health care, all they would have to do is remove the 'over 65' requirement for Medicare and make it for all. Since our taxpayer dollars are already being paid into it, and it's already been found constitutionally sound, it's pretty much a no-brainer. I know a few health care organizations are advocating for just such a thing.

So, tomorrow is the big day when the Supreme Court fucks America in the ass again.

In couple of hours, we will know the fate of the healthcare? Hopefully they will keep part of it.

Notice how the GOP has now dropped the "replace" part of their "repeal and replace Obamacare" mantra? They have zero ideas.

They kept all of it. After hearing the line of questioning during oral arguments I'm pretty shocked.

Why would people not want health care? Really?

I'm listening to POTUS. They break it down pretty good.

Now it seems the right are gonna try and fire up there base.

Health care? We don't need no stinkin' health care! :omfg:

Clinton tried to pass a national health care law, but the republicans blocked it.

GWB had 8yrs to come up with something, but never did.

This may not be perfect, but at least we can work on it and make it better.
