I think Carl had a legitamite complaint, I've never seen so may speeding
penaltys most at the exit. Did that many cars get it wrong or was something wrong with the equipment?

I think you're absolutly right.
I'd like to see NASCAR come clean on this.
They realised one of his times on air, .032 too fast.
Now that is speeding but how can that many cars speed.
Carl said that on his first penalty pass through, he slowed down below the 4000 RPM he should be running and still got tagged.

Well I was at the race and listening to Carl on the scanner and his crew chief told him that they were getting him for speeding AFTER the pit out cone, that is what got Carl all fired up.

It's already been the talk before.... it sure seems like something is off when there are SO MANY speeding calls this year compared to other years.

I cant remember what race it happened at, but I remember listening to some in car radio and the pace car was running faster than pit road speed during the pace laps and it was throwing everyone off.

Yeah, I forgot about that.
