Thanks Bra,
Classic Danish design. They make some wicked cool shit over there.

If you watch Minority Report look for the cell phones they use. They clipped the cords off of some A8's for the futuristic prop.

They also use em (in green I think) in the Priceline commercial where Shat shoots a dart into the guys window then talks him through making the deal.

There's no reason that something that works great can't look great too.

Wow that is some story, I've had mine for 6 months and I've never had any issues with them. I don't use them all the time, just on occasion like mowing and/or when working outside a bit. They have worked very well and I see no signs of wear and tear.

I agree with memebag though nothing like a good set of speakers and subwoofer to get you going, which is what I have in my Scion xB and Home, but none the less there are times when having some decent earbuds is necessary.

The earphones that come with the iPhone 3G3 like other models previous are so freaking uncomfortable! If that is all I had to use I'd never use them for sure! I hate earphones with those big bulbs that are suppose to fit comfortably in your ear. They do not in mine!

Are these still made and available as new?

Now they are even made in different colors. I ordered mine directly from B+O, but I've seen that you can get them from the Apple Store. List price now is about $200, but I've read that people are finding them on line for closer to $150.

I was thinking about picking up a back-up pair. I'd hate to be without if I lost em.

Do anything you can to get your hands on that. It's a classic piece of machinery.

I've got the BeoSound 1 (boombox) and it kills me how damned good it sounds. Shakes the whole house.
One day I will own the ultimate - the BeoSound 9000.

That's not just a stereo. It's a museum quality sculpture.
At close to $5K, I'll be waiting a while before I pick one up.

I ordered a pair of these last night from amazon. I've never used JBuds before but for the price I couldn't say no. The reviews were mostly really good and for $10, how can you not.

If anyone has ever used Jbuds, please let me know how they sound. I should have them by Friday so when I get them, I'll post a review.

I received my two new pairs of headphones today. I bought a pair of Sennheiser cx300's to replace the ones that broke for $19.99 and while shopping on amazon I picked up the JBUD J's for $9.95==I figured for that price, I wouldn't be able to say no.

I was excited to get the Jbuds due to the mostly positive reviews and boy, was I disappointed. No matter which one of the three cushions I used, I could NOT get a good seal and the sound was very light. Bass was NOT there due to not being able to get a good seal. They aren't very comfy either after only about 30 minutes on the treadmill and I could feel them alot in my ears.

Just to make sure I wasn't crazy, I switched and put in the Sennheisers. Nope, I'm not crazy, the Sennheisers ROCK and the JBUDS certainly do not. They are probably better that most other $10 headphones but they're not worth much more than that.

On a different note, I KNOW there are better headphones than the Sennheiser CX300's but I can't imagine there are better one's for the price. For under 20 bucks these things are amazing and sound more like $80 phones. Since mine usually end up buried in a gym bag, a suitcase or the console of my car, I can't imagine spending more money on headphones because I know they'll end up broken, eventually.

The Jbuds will be my spare pair--at best. Tp be fair to Jbud, I did buy they're LOWEST end pair. They do make a much more expensive pair, the JBUD Q's and they are supposed to be great. As with anything, you get what you pay for and with the J's I got a 9 dollar pair of back up headphones.
