I found one called XLD that seems to be working pretty well for me. Thanks for the help, it got me looking in the right direction .

X Lossless Decoder: Lossless audio decoder for Mac OS X

They call it a "Lossless Decoder", which it does too, but it has a really good CD ripper built in.
