Actually when you have the Business or Education setup, you have an 800 number with a special pin and the support has been top notch. I know on our business domain we initially had a problem, which was fixed quickly. They also helped me add my personal domain as well which there is no way to do this on the user interface, but they can do it on the backend. All done in about 20 minutes to my surprise.
I think just their standard free email support probably isn't as responsive.
