yea he was off there, but he never claims to be an expert. i just like having a guy on the show who can throw sports refferences in every now and then. and for the most part he is right. but being right isnt even thr point, so long as his obscure sportsmen sayings are funny and well timed.

Much like Artie's taste in music, I think Artie's sports knowledge stopped in the mid 80's.

He can name all the 82 Red's but he doesn't know who won the super bowl in 08/09.
