I read it. Much discussion about the meaning of the term "Sirius subscriber". Some discussion of the fact that Howard got $25 million as his reward for the merger. Howard repeatedly states he was told he would be "a partner". I think Howard's idea of being a partner is limited to sharing profits, not kicking anything in.
